Bunching Onion: despite what you might think, a bunching onion does not come from a bulb like some of it's onion sisters - instead it is grown for its stems and leaves which are used for flavouring many dishes.

When: Early spring, after last frost, in full sun for a summer harvest.

Planting guide: Sow just beneath the surface, broadcasting seeds about 1/4" deep about 2-3" apart.

Harvest: Harvesting can be done at any time really, but are fully grown when stems are 6-8".

Water: These tolerant little plants don't need allot of care and can sustain a bit of drought.
