
Super Marconi Bean Seeds

Super Marconi Bean: pole bean variety. Pods are flat shaped and string less with slightly hooked pods 23 – 25 cm long. Plant is a late crop variety with a black seed.
Planting Guide: When danger of frost has dissipated - late May through to July. The soil must be warm for this plant to survive.
Sowing directions: Plant 2" deep and about 6"-10" apart, rows should be 4' apart. Full sun is best. Pole or trellis required to support plant heights of 6'-8'. Ideal for succession planting.
Harvest: Germinates in 5-10 days and can be harvested between 60-70 days. This plant will continue to produce new beans as long as it is regularly harvested.
Water: About 2" weekly is best. Beans are a new gardener's best friend as they are relatively easy to grow. Pole beans are best for smaller gardens due to the vertical spacing and/or in climates where warmer seasons are shorter.
